CapReadi is continuous software, not episodic services. We complement your legal and accounting relationships, not replace them — but we catch the gaps those relationships typically miss because they weren't engaged continuously.
Those platforms are foundational — they establish and maintain corporate infrastructure. CapReadi sits above them, continuously auditing whether what's maintained actually meets institutional expectations for the capital raise moment.
Pricing hasn't been finalized, but CapReadi will be priced as an annual subscription scaled to company stage. Early access design partners receive founding pricing locked for three years.
CapReadi integrates with your document storage (Google Drive, Notion), cap table management (Carta, Pulley), accounting (QuickBooks, Xero), and legal documents. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share customer data.
